Hispanic Ministries
The pastor of St. Luke the Evangelist Pastor and the parish personnel are centered in the Eucharist. The parish is a diverse community with opened arms to others.
The parish's Hispanic Ministry confirms the commitment of proclaiming the gospel through the spiritual development of our Hispanic families, by encouraging their participation, integration to the parish community and commitment of helping the poor.
According to the National Pastoral Plan for Hispanic Ministry, (Ecclesial) integration means that the hispanic /Latin community must be welcomed in our ecclesiastical institutions and all its circles. They must be served in their language whenever it is possible, and their values and religious traditions must be respected. Additionally, we must work for mutual enrichment through a multicultural exchange.
The following nine areas are indicated in the National Pastoral Plan for Hispanic Ministry:
• Hospitality - Make Hispanic People feel at home
• Ecclesial Space - Welcome Hispanic people in the parochial community.
• Organization - Develop ministers and ministries
• Unity - Establish relationships among cultures and ministries
• Leadership - Promote the development and formation of leaders
• Participation - Unfold ways to the decision making process
• Recognition - Strengthen their ownership
• Mission - Sow and Reap a feeling of co-responsibility
• Commitment - Make a commitment towards parish life and mission.

SACRAMENTO DEL BAUTISMO
Arreglos deben ser realizados por medio de la oficina parroquial varios meses antes. Los padres deben estar registrados, ser miembros activos y completar una clase Pre-Bautismal antes de definir la fecha del bautismo.
