Parish Hall Building Fund
How do we help without a formal pledge drive?
The plan is simple, it calls for each of us to prayerfully consider what portion of our household income we can consistently offer, weekly, monthly or as an annual gift and be faithful to it. Our added gifts to the Catholic Ministry Appeal and to St. Luke's Building Fund are also important commitments, in that our contributions help ensure the goals of the Diocese and parish.
Also for those who have inquired, the continuing renovations in the church and the construction of the new building offers an excellent opportunity for people to name selected portions of the Community Hall, Ministry Building, St. Clare, the Church building and some of the Hall’s equipment as a remembrance for a loved one or as a lasting testament.
The names of donors will be listed on a plaque in each location as well as appearing on a consolidated plaque in the Church building. In Church publications these room names will be used in identifying the location of events (e.g. the Knights will be meeting in the Smith room at 7PM). Depending on which memorial is selected, donations and pledges can be made over several years.
